Installation Instructions

1.  Unpack all materials in box and check to be sure all parts are included.
2. Insert Fork into Front Cylinder of Swing Arm Assembly.
3. Insert Steering Handle through the top hole on Swing Arm Assembly, slide opposite end with steering knuckle over the Fork. Insert fender washer prior to putting steering knuckle over fork. Insert the roll pin through steering knuckle and fork.
4. Insert Hex Bolt (3/4‐10 x 3‐1/2) through Swing Pivot Block, side with only 1 hole. Tighten Self Locking Hex Nut (3/4‐10) on bolt. Tighten only enough to where the bolt still turns freely inside the pivot block.
5. Attach Base Assembly to Hex Bolt going through the Pivot Block, securing tightly.
6. Decide which side of the vehicle the Edge-Pro 300 is going to be mounted on, Drivers or Passengers side. This will determine how you attach the Base Assembly to the Swing Arm Assembly.
7. Insert Hex Bolt (3/4‐10 x 3‐1/2) through Swing Arm Assembly and Pivot Block, secure with Self Locking Nut. Tighten only enough to where the bolt still turns freely inside the pivot block.
8. Attach Cylinder with Hex Bolt (3/4‐10 x 2), make sure cylinder is mounted with the motor on top as shown.
9. Locate a convenient place on the floor board of the machine so as it will not interfere with the operator while driving. The best location is usually behind the foot position just inside enough to fit the Base Plate under the floor board without interfering with existing parts.
10. Using the provided base plate hole pattern sheet attach to the desired location and drill the 4 holes as shown.
11. Install parts as shown in package drawing to secure the Edge-Pro to the machine.
12. Route wires with alligator clips to vehicles battery. Attach Black clip to the negative (ground) side of the battery and the red to the positive (power) side of the battery.
13. Check with the switch controller that the cylinder operates properly by pushing the up and down arrows. Check the area to be sure no damage will be done by the disc as it applies pressure to the ground. The Cylinder is quite powerful and can cause severe damage.
